The first few years of Li Jun Li's acting career were paved with minor roles on a wide swath of crime drama series, soap operas, and comedy shows. This versatility would come in handy, however, when Li leapt from the small screen to the movies. After earning notability through a recurring part on "Damages" (FX/Audience Network 2007-2012), Li began to take on cinematic endeavors from "Chinese Puzzle" (2013) to "Ricki and the Flash" (2015). Upon her return to television with a major role in "Minority Report" (Fox 2015-), Li had proved herself far more than a perennial background player. Li Jun Li was born in Shanghai, China. She began her screen career making one-off appearances on "Blue Bloods" (CBS 2010-), "Body of Proof" (ABC 2011-13), "One Life to Live" (ABC/Hulu 1968-2013), "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (NBC/USA 2001-11), and "How to Make It in America" (HBO -). It wasn't long before Li landed her first regular gig playing the recurring character Maggie Huang on the crime series "Damages" (FX/Audience Network 2007-12). The role begat to greater prominence on television, with parts on "The Following" (CBS 2013-15), and in film. Li appeared in noteworthy features including "Chinese Puzzle" (2013), "The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby" (2013), "Song One" (2014), and Jonathan Demme's "Ricki and the Flash" (2015). In 2015, Li landed two additional recurring television roles, first on the comedy "Billy and Billie" (DirecTV 2015-16) and then on the sci-fi drama "Minority Report" (Fox 2015-). On the latter, Li played crime scene technician Akeela.
